Frequently asked questions

What file format do I need to upload?

PDF is preferred. PNG and JPG are also accepted. Files should be 300dpi at the correct size — 3.5x2 inches with a 0.125 inch bleed on all sides if possible.
What if I don't have a design file?

No problem. Select "I Need a Design" when adding to cart and our design team will create your layout. Your proof will be delivered within 2-3 business days of receiving your complete order details.
What's the difference between glossy and matte?

Glossy has a shiny coating that makes colors pop and look vibrant. Matte has a smooth flat finish that feels premium and resists fingerprints. Both are printed on the same quality card stock — it's purely a preference.
Do you ship outside the US?

We ship to all 50 states and the US Virgin Islands. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I get different designs on the same order?

Each listing is for one design. If you need multiple different designs please place separate orders or contact us for a custom quote.
