Refund policy

All sales are final. GraphiSource does not issue refunds or credits for any orders including but not limited to print orders, design service orders, promotional product orders, apparel orders, and signage orders once production has begun.

Exceptions:

GraphiSource will review refund or reprint requests only in the following circumstances:

  • We made an error on your order that differs from your approved proof
  • Your order arrived damaged due to production defect

To submit a claim you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@graphisource.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.

Please Note:

  • GraphiSource is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted files including spelling, grammar, color, sizing, or layout
  • GraphiSource is not responsible for color variations between screen displays and printed output
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstance
  • Rush orders are non-refundable once production has begun
  • Digital design files are non-refundable once delivered

Proofs:

A digital proof is provided before production on all design service orders. Production does not begin until you approve your proof. Once proof approval is received your order is considered confirmed and no changes can be made.
