Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with GraphiSource. We strive to process and deliver every order accurately and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.


Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days after artwork approval and payment have been received.

Custom printed products require production time before shipping. Production times vary depending on the product ordered, quantity, and finishing options selected.

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

During holidays, promotional periods, or peak seasons, processing times may be longer.


Artwork Approval

Production begins only after:

  • Payment has been received.
  • Final artwork has been approved.
  • Any required proofs have been approved.

Delays in artwork approval will delay production and shipping.


Shipping Methods

We ship throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers (for oversized orders)

Carrier availability may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.


Shipping Time Estimates

Once production is complete, estimated transit times are:

Standard Ground 2–3 Business Days
Express 1 Business Day

Delivery estimates begin after production is complete and are provided by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Product size
  • Weight
  • Quantity
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping speed

Certain oversized products may require additional freight charges.


Large Format Products

Products such as banners, signs, posters, retractable banners, foam boards, and other oversized items may ship separately from the rest of your order.

Multiple shipments may result in separate tracking numbers.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

GraphiSource is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Refused deliveries
  • Returned packages due to address errors

If a package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Please photograph the packaging and products immediately.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking indicates delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first, then notify us. We will gladly assist with the claims process when possible.

GraphiSource is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged after they have been accepted by the shipping carrier, although we will help facilitate carrier claims whenever possible.


Split Shipments

Large orders may be shipped in multiple packages.

If this occurs, each shipment will have its own tracking number.


International Shipping

At this time, GraphiSource ships within the United States only.


Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available for select orders by appointment. If available, pickup instructions will be provided once your order is complete.


Weather & Carrier Delays

GraphiSource is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Severe weather
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Labor disruptions
  • Holidays
  • Other events outside of our control
